In my first every interview episode, I have my special guest, talented urogynecologist and close friend Dr. Sarah St. Louis. We will dive deep into the often misunderstood aspects of female anatomy and vaginal health. There is such a lack of comprehensive education about women's bodies, so we will discuss the importance of understanding of just what our anatomy is! We also advocate for better sexual health education for both men and women, promoting enhanced intimate relationships and overall female well-being. Our goal is to empower women with knowledge, teach them to enhance their sexual pleasure, and understand how to get help for common pelvic floor ailments.
